I am so glad we chose to use Premier Pool & Spa for our custom pool & spa build. Jesse and his team are top notch! From design to finish, Jesse and Christie were readily available to answer any questions we had. They always kept us informed with a timeline of when and what to expect and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. We were building a custom home at the same time and Jesse worked well alongside our project manager rolling with the punches and their delays. I cannot say enough good things about Jesse. It is rare to find a contractor like him or a company like his. We now have a beautiful pool & spa to enjoy for years to come! Premier easily deserves 5 stars…..and more!
We were building a new home and after interviewing multiple pool companies we decided to go with Premier and we are SO HAPPY WE DID! Christie, Jesse and the rest of the team were so easy to work with. They were professional at every stage and were all great communicators which I find as such an outstanding characteristic to have when in the construction field. Yes we had delays, but not because of Premier, but because of Mother Nature and things out of their control. And even when there were delays they were on top of keeping us up to date on what is happening. The finished product is better than we ever could have dreamed of and I would recommend Premier Pool and Spa over and over and over again! It was a pleasure doing business with Jessie and his wife Christie of Premier pools. Jessie designed the pool and worked with us for a couple of months before we actually decided we were ready for construction. We are happy we chose Premier Pool and Spa LLC. Everything Premier pools promised they delivered !! They were on time, on target and on budget. No hidden costs. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. I highly recommend premier pools for their product, professionalism and responsiveness.
My wife called several pool contractors to get an estimate on a pool. Every pool company but Premier made us feel they didn't have time for us. Jesse came out the next day. We told Jesse we really wished the pool could be finished for a graduation party in three months, not thinking it could really happen, but he said I'll get it done. When we told people that we were going to have our pool finished in that time frame they said it wasn't possible especially in this economy. But Premier delivered ahead of schedule. Even after we made design changes in the middle of construction. The pool is beautiful and we get so many compliments! Thank you Premier!

I would like to start by saying that I'm very happy that with the finish product. Jesse was very professional during his time with me to go over options that would best fit what I was looking to get accomplished. Both Christy and Kristen were very pleasant to work as well. They were very informative and answered all my question via phone or text. In today's world, getting timely responses from establishments can be tough to come by, but that was not the case with Premier.
Once work commenced the guys were great and fast. They don't waste time and as with office staff were willing to answer any of my questions in the moment. I was even more impressed by the fact that Premier rarely if ever goes beyond the Leesburg area, but decided to come all the way to to Ocala and for that I'm grateful. I guess I left an impression on Jesse and would recommend anyone else to do the same thing cause their work is worth it, lol.

We have had pools installed at two former residences. The experience we had with Premier Pools at our new residence was far and away the best pool experience we have had. Jesse delivered on each and every commitment he made. The quality of the workmanship was far superior to our past experiences. Our pool was finished within the time frame promised, somewhat earlier than promised and within budget. Jesse is a class act.
I had the responsibility of overseeing a complete pool and deck rehab project for one of my clients and had no clue where to begin. After finding Premier Pool and Spa online, I met with owner, Jesse, and he walked me through the entire required process. He even made recommendations to help keep us within our budget. Premier kept to their timeline with only one weather delay exception, which was communicated to me in advance. The work crews were punctual, polite, cleaned up after themselves and their finished product was excellent. I found Jesse to be very friendly and honest and would highly recommend Premier Pools and Spa to anybody in need of rehab services.
Excellent pool company. They resurfaced my pool and new tile. Also installed new pool equipment..What a great Family owned and operated company. Also they helped to get my Lanai completely rescreened..!!!!!.Highly recommend!!!!
I recently had a complete pool and 1500 ft2 deck remodel and it turned out fantastic. The overall experience was great and Jesse kept me informed the entire process. He was responsive to any calls and he started and finished the job as promised. I had travertine put down for the deck and Alberto from AGY pavers did a fantastic job. They were professional and did quality work answering any questions along the way. I am so glad I went with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a pool makeover. We are so happy with the pool remodel that Premier Pool & Spa did. The work was done very timely and to exact specifications of what we had discussed. Jesse was out I think every day during the remodel to check on the work in progress and address any issues (which were little to none). Can't wait for summer to swim in our beautiful new pool!
