Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Premier Pool Contractor is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent customer service skills. They will be able to juggle multiple quotes and project bids at a time, and they will be organized and punctual.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers and develop trust
• Initiate contact with company generated leads, qualify prospects and work with the customer through the design phase.
• Present and close sales
• Continue customer relationship through the build process
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity

Qualifications:

• Pool sales experience is not required, but construction or sales experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes and project bids at a time
• Organized and punctual
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn VIP3D software
•  

Pay:

• Commission-based pay

Hours:

• Full-time – 40+ hours per week
